Parkinson Advisory is led by Adam Parkinson, whose experience spans more than 25 years in corporate and financial advisory, restructuring and commercial management.
That experience includes advising businesses facing financial distress, undertaking valuations and transaction assignments, assisting with complex commercial matters and hands-on business management responsibilities. My experience extends beyond advisory assignments to hands-on business management, ownership, acquisitions and divestments. Having owned, developed and sold businesses, I understand the commercial realities confronting business owners and directors firsthand.
